BRAND KIT GUIDELINE
INTRODUCTION
Vocads is a no-code platform that enables companies to build and deploy AI voice agents for both inbound and outbound calls, without writing a single line of code. When I joined, the platform lacked cohesive design—no unified user journey, inconsistent brand identity across product and marketing, fragmented components, and poor visual hierarchy. I built the entire design system from the ground up: rebranding the logo and visual identity, establishing a complete design system (26+ components with 50+ variants), creating comprehensive brand guidelines, and redesigning both the website and SaaS platform to create a unified, trustworthy experience.
PROBLEM
1. Fragmented Design Foundation — No design system, inconsistent buttons, placements, fonts, and UI components across platform
2. Weak Brand Identity — Logo and visual identity didn't reflect the innovative AI product; no cohesive brand narrative
3. Poor User Journey — No strategic user flow design; confusing navigation, inconsistent interactions
4. Inconsistent Brand Expression — Marketing materials, website, and product UI looked disconnected; lacked trust and professionalism
